| A: | No. This is a fully automated backend change. No action is required from you or your team. |
| Q: | Why am I receiving this notification if nothing is changing? |
| A: | We are notifying you as a matter of best practice, so you are not caught off guard if Engage appears in your account and when Engage Core or Engage Pro appears on renewal paperwork. The functionality is identical to what you have today. |

| Q: | Will I lose any features or data? |
| A: | No. Engage Core delivers the same functionality as legacy Awareness Training. Only your SAFE Score will be impacted by this change. |

| A: | With the move to Engage Core, SAFE Score will no longer be updated. You will instead see the Human Risk Score, which provides the same insight into your organization's security awareness posture. Your historical SAFE Score data will remain accessible in your account until at least then end of 2026. |
| Q: | My only Mimecast product is Awareness Training, and now I see Human Risk Command Center in my Administration Console. Do I need to pay for it? |
| A: | As a standalone Awareness Training customer migrating to Engage Core, you will gain access to the Human Risk Command Center (HRCC) at no additional charge.
