Overview

Mimecast is pleased to announce that we are introducing two new roles in the Mimecast Administration Console. These roles are designed to help you easily control which Administrators can access Human Risk Command Center (HRCC) data while reducing the need for Custom Role creation.

What's new

• HRCC Administrator: Provides Human Risk Command Center-only access, ensuring that Administrators with this role can view and manage Human Risk Command Center data.
• Security Awareness Administrator: Grants access to Awareness Training / Engage and the Human Risk Command Center, enabling Administrators to manage these interconnected functionalities effectively.
• The Gateway Administrator role has been updated to remove Human Risk Command Center access, shielding email Administrators from potentially sensitive Human Risk data.

Recommended actions

Ensure that Administrators requiring access to Human Risk Command Center data are assigned an appropriate role.
