Overview
Mimecast is pleased to announce that the Cisco Webex Messaging integration is now available for Aware 2.0 customers. This integration, previously available exclusively to Aware 1.0 customers, extends Webex Messaging support to the Aware 2.0 platform, enabling broader governance, compliance, and risk intelligence capabilities for organizations using Cisco Webex.
What's changing
Aware 2.0 customers can now connect Cisco Webex Messaging as a data source, bringing Webex conversations into the same compliance and collaboration intelligence workflows available for other supported platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Viva Engage.
With this integration, Aware 2.0 customers can:
- Monitor and archive Webex Messaging conversations for compliance and eDiscovery purposes.
- Apply Signal policies to detect sensitive data, insider risk, and policy violations within Webex messages.
- Search and discover Webex content alongside data from other connected collaboration platforms.
- Enforce retention policies on Webex Messaging data.
Recommended actions
