DMARC Analyzer - DMARC Standard / Credit Card EOL - Sep 2023

Mimecast is removing support of the DMARC Premium (also known as DMARC Standard / Credit Card) Service.

This article is for DMARC Premium (also known as DMARC Standard / Credit Card) customers only and will not affect any customers on the current DMARC Analyzer Enterprise Solution.

Overview

Effective from September 8th, 2023, Mimecast will no longer support the DMARC Premium (also known as DMARC Standard / Credit Card) Service.
Please ensure that you follow the instruction below, to delete your DMARC Premium account and data.

Prerequisites

Please be aware of the following consequences when deleting your account:

  • By deleting your DMARC Premium account, all the available data and user information will be permanently removed.
    Once an account is deleted, this is irreversible and it is not possible to retrieve it.
  • Keep in mind that the DNS records which point to your DMARC Premium account should be removed. That way, DMARC Premium will not receive any new data.

How to Delete your DMARC Premium Account

Follow these steps to delete your account:

  1. Log in to your DMARC Premium account.
  2. Click on your username in the top right of your screen.
  3. Go to ‘User management’.
Scroll down and click on the ‘Remove Account’ button in order to remove your DMARC Premium account and its contents.
