This article contains information on accessing the Service Monitor via the Mimecast Administration Console, managing permissions for access, and logging out after use, including automatic logout after 60 minutes of inactivity.
Accessing via the Administration Console
Accessing the Service Monitor via the Mimecast Administration Console has the advantage of not prompting you to enter your user credentials. This is because you have been authenticated when logging into the Mimecast Administration Console.
You can access the Service Monitor via the Mimecast Administration Console by using the following steps:
- Log in to the Mimecast Administration Console.
- Navigate to the Service Monitor section in the left-hand menu.
Logging Out
You are automatically logged out of the service monitor after 60 minutes of inactivity. However, you can log out before that if you wish. To log out of the Service Monitor:
- Click the Account icon in the top-right corner.
- Click the Logout menu item.
Permissions
Access to the Service Monitor is available to administrators who have sufficient permissions, or have a local subscriber account configured.
