This article contains information on using the Service Monitor Dashboard to monitor message queues, Active Directory services, and historical data, with tools for analyzing performance, managing alerts, and ensuring service connectivity.
On accessing the Service Monitor, the dashboard displays by default. If you are already using some other Service Monitor functionality, you can switch to the dashboard by clicking on the Dashboard tab.
The Dashboard provides a graphical representation of the status of message queues, as well as synchronization services. This data is updated every 15 minutes and displayed in one of the following tabs:

If you don't have email or Directory Synchronization configured on your account, the Service tab is not displayed on the dashboard.

For the Outbound Queue, this is the number of messages on the Mimecast platform that we are currently trying to deliver outbound. For the Inbound queue, this is the number of messages in the delivery queue on retry to be delivered to your environment. |
