Notification Sets - Subscribing to SMS User Notifications

In this article, we describe how to subscribe to our SMS services and how to opt out of receiving SMS. 

Implementation and Opting in

Customers must opt-in to receive SMS notifications before they can receive them. As per regulation, every user must follow this procedure. 

SMS for 2-Step Authentication

To implement SMS for 2-Step authentication, see the Configuring 2-Step Authentication Profiles page for full information.

SMS for Continuity

To set up SMS for Cloud Gateway Continuity service, see the SMS Continuity Services page for full information.

To opt in for SMS Continuity Notification, users should text the keyword ALERTS to the regional number listed below. They may receive a response message confirming their opt-in to the program.

SMS for Service Monitor

To add a subscriber to the Service Monitor application, see the Managing Subscribers page for full information.

Opting Out

Users can opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time, by sending the keyword STOP to their local number above. This removes them from any further contact. Users may receive one more text message confirming their opt-out.

Customers residing in a country not listed above can subscribe to one of the above alert numbers from a different country; however, you will likely face additional network charges as per your own network provider's tariff/policy.
