Mimecast Partner - Education Resources

This article contains information on accessing education and training materials through the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Reseller portals, including Mimecast University resources, training options, and role-based certifications.

Both the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Reseller portals gives you access to a wealth of education and training materials. This includes our latest education resources, getting started guides, training resources, and assessments.

You access the education resources via Mimecast University, by using the following steps:

1. Click on the   toolbar icon.
2. Click on the University menu item. From here you can access: 

Menu Item	Description
Self-Serve Training	The stand-alone and certification learning plans contain video content for self-serve training.
Role-based Certifications	There are sales, pre-sales, technical Support and product certification paths available.
Mimecast University	If you are registered with the Mimecast University, you will also have direct access to the Mimecast University as well as a summary of assigned courses and progress to date. Administrators will also be able to view all courses assigned at a partner level and progress for all users at that partner.
