This article describes how to manage your inbox in the Mimecast Personal Portal, including accessing emails during continuity events, composing and forwarding messages, using stationery, and checking message delivery status.

Using your Online Inbox and Sent Items

You can display a message in your Online Inbox or Sent items folder, by using the following steps:

  1. Log in to the Mimecast Personal Portal.

This doesn't guarantee delivery to the user. It only indicates that the message has been accepted by their mail server.
