Overview

Mimecast is pleased to announce enhancements to Awareness Training, Reporting & Insights.

The Efficacy report will help you understand the relationship between behavior, risk, and security awareness.

This will display interactive graphs for easy "at-a-glance" key performance reporting and will allow you to:

• See the impact of Awareness Training on real-world risk reduction.
• Track your organization’s risk journey over time.
• Provide helpful bench-marking against other Mimecast customers.

What's changing

Changes for Awareness Training Cloud Gateway (CG)

If you are an Awareness Training Cloud Gateway customer, you will already have access to the Efficacy Report via Awareness Training | Reporting & Insights, allowing data covering 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months to be viewed.

• The Efficacy Report contains graphs that monitor end-user data for URL clicks:
  • Dangerous URL Clicks: This shows end-user dangerous URL clicks observed by Mimecast Email Security. 
  • Phishing Campaign Clicked Comparison: This shows end-user phishing simulation clicks for the campaigns run during the selected time-frame. 
  • Phishing Campaign Reported Comparison: This shows end-user-reported messages for phishing simulation during the selected time-frame. 
• Additionally, the Generate Reports button will allow you to generate a PDF report.

You will now have access to a fourth graph within the Efficacy Report that will monitor end-user data for reported messages and will allow you to view data covering 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
The Reported Messages graph will show end-user-reported messages observed by Mimecast Email Security. 

Changes for Awareness Training Cloud Integrated (CI)

If you are an Awareness Training Cloud Integrated customer, this release will include access to the new Efficacy Report via Awareness Training | Reporting & Insights and will allow you to view data covering 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.

• The Efficacy Report will contain four graphs that will monitor end-user data for URL clicks:
  • Dangerous URL Clicks: This will show end-user dangerous URL clicks observed by Mimecast Email Security. 
  • Reported Messages: This will show end-user-reported messages observed by Mimecast Email Security. 
  • Phishing Campaign Clicked Comparison: This will show end-user phishing simulation clicks for the campaigns run during the selected time-frame. 
  • Phishing Campaign Reported Comparison: This will show end-user-reported messages for phishing simulation during the selected timeframe. 
• Additionally, the Generate Reports button will allow you to generate a PDF report.
