Banner customization:

  • Now, the banner headline - the Severity Title (last remaining component to support customization) can be customized via CyberGraph Settings, which supports ability to display the entire banner in another language via the banner customization settings.

  • In the Mimecast Administration Console left navigation menu,
    CyberGraph 2.0 is now
    CyberGraph.

Search Result Export

  • Ability to export Dynamic Banners using the Export Data button.

Puny rules (obscure character rules)

  • By default, these are disabled for new customers, but existing customers can manually disable them if desired.
  • The priority of the Puny International Character rules has been reduced to "Informational" severity, and the rule text has been updated to refer to "non-English" characters instead of "obscure" characters.

  • Reimplementation of the Image Tracker Removal feature. 
  • A new troubleshooting feature - Dynamic Banner Search, that allows administrators to search for messages to determine the bannering status and rules triggered.
  • A change to the Dashboard area displaying Dynamic Banner Types Triggered. The triggered rules will be sorted in descending order, with the most active rules at the top. Additionally, there will be an indicator of whether the listed rule is enabled or disabled. 
  • When specifying recipients for reported bannered messages and for the periodic Tracker reports, you can now specify multiple email addresses - up to 10 can be entered.
  • Results for Activity Logs search can be exported to .csv files. 
  • When an administrator configures End User Banner reporting to Off (users are not able to report bannered messages as Dangerous or Safe), users will not see the reporting links. 
  • User Reported Emails show on the Dashboard without UTC delay.
  • Multiple Outlook for Windows issues have been resolved concerning bannered message rendering.
