Mimecast Education - Accessing Self-Paced Training

This article contains information on accessing and enrolling in Mimecast University's self-paced training courses. It is intended for Administrators.

Mimecast University offers pre-recorded self-paced training to enable administrators to learn about their Mimecast services, easily fitting this into their daily schedules. The training courses are available on the Mimecast University platform.
You can access the self-paced training, by using the following steps:

1. Login to the Mimecast University Customer Home Page. (See the article Mimecast Education - Registering with Mimecast University for details on accessing this page.)

2. Navigate to the Take Self-paced Training tile on the Home screen and select Browse available courses.

3. The Email Security Cloud Gateway Fundamentals and Advanced learning paths are situated on the left-hand side of the page, whilst all other product training is available on the right-hand side of the page.

4. Click Enroll to register for this course.

5. Once enrolled, you can select VIEW MY COURSES or START LEARNING NOW.

You can also view your enrolled courses by selecting the Courses Not Started or Courses In Progress tab from the Enrolled Courses section of the Home screen. (see image below)
