This guide describes how to manage the exports performed in Case Review

Accessing an Export

You can access an export, by using the following steps:

  1. Click on Exports in the navigation panel.
  2. If required, search for the necessary export:
    • Enter some text in the Search Bar.
    • Press the Enter key or click the Search Icon.
  1. Click on an Export to display its details.

Downloading an Export File

Export files are limited to a maximum size of 10 GB. If an export exceeds 10 GB, a file of the export to date is created, and a new export file is created. You can download an export file once it has been created, even if the export hasn't been completed.

There are two types of download files.

  • Metadata: Contains the message metadata.
  • Data: Contains the physical message data. This contains "Part X," where X is the file number.

To download an export file:

  1. Display the Export's Details (see above).
  2. Click on the Download icon. The file is downloaded to your default download location.
