This guide describes how to manage the exports performed in Case Review.
Accessing an Export
You can access an export, by using the following steps:
- Click on Exports in the navigation panel.
- If required, search for the necessary export:

- Enter some text in the Search Bar.
- Press the Enter key or click the Search Icon.
- Click on an Export to display its details.
Downloading an Export File
Export files are limited to a maximum size of 10 GB. If an export exceeds 10 GB, a file of the export to date is created, and a new export file is created. You can download an export file once it has been created, even if the export hasn't been completed.
There are two types of download files.
- Metadata: Contains the message metadata.
- Data: Contains the physical message data. This contains "Part X," where X is the file number.
To download an export file:
- Display the Export's Details (see above).
- Click on the Download icon. The file is downloaded to your default download location.
