Summary Graphs

Summary Graphs display the volumes of email split into Outbound, Inbound, and Internal messages, as well as Rejected volumes:

Data Type	Description
Email Volume by Day	The total number of outbound, inbound, and internal messages per day.
Email Bandwidth by Day	The total amount of data of outbound, inbound, and internal messages per day.
Email Volume by Recipient Domain	The total number of outbound, inbound, and internal messages per recipient domain.
Email Bandwidth by Recipient Domain	The total amount of data of outbound, inbound, and internal messages per recipient domain.
Rejection Overview	Displays why outbound, inbound, and internal messages are rejected.
Rejection Overview by Recipient Domain	Displays why outbound, inbound, and internal messages are rejected per recipient domain.
Email Volume Vs Rejected Mail	Displays a comparison of successfully delivered and rejected outbound, inbound, and internal messages.
Email Statistics Report	Displays statistics of the previous month's outbound, inbound, and internal email traffic. A total and mean value is displayed for the following categories: Month – Year The total number of inbound messages. The total number of outbound messages. The total number of internal messages. The total number of rejected inbound messages to your organization (including viruses & spam). The total number of accepted inbound messages to your organization. The percentage of rejected inbound messages to your organization.

Outbound Email Graphs

Outbound Email Graphs display email communication from internal users to external users and domains:

Data Type	Description
Top Outbound Senders by Address	Lists the top 10, 20, or 30 email addresses from your organization sending outbound email.
Top Outbound Bandwidth by Address	Lists the top 10, 20, or 30 email addresses from your organization using the most data when sending outbound email.
Top Outbound Senders by Domain	Lists the top 10, 20, or 30 email addresses from your organization sending outbound messages, broken down by domain.
Top Outbound Pairs by Address	Lists the top 10, 20, or 30 email addresses your organization was sending messages to.
Top Outbound Pairs by Domain	Lists the top 10, 20, or 30 email addresses your organization was sending messages to, broken down by domain.

Inbound Email Graphs

Inbound Email Graphs display email communication from External users to Internal users and Domains:

Top Inbound Recipients by Address	Lists the top 10, 20, or 30 email addresses from your organization receiving outbound email.
Top Inbound Bandwidth by Address	Lists the top 10, 20, or 30 email addresses from your organization using the most data when receiving outbound email.
Top Inbound Recipients by Domain	Lists the top 10, 20, or 30 email addresses from your organization receiving inbound messages, broken down by domain.
Top Inbound Pairs by Address	Lists the top 10, 20, or 30 email addresses your organization has received messages from.
Top Inbound Pairs by Domain	Lists the top 10, 20, or 30 email addresses your organization has received messages from, broken down by domain.

Top Internal Senders by Address	Lists the top 10, 20, or 30 email addresses sending messages to internal recipients.
Top Internal Senders by Domain	Lists the top 10, 20, or 30 email addresses sending internal messages, broken down by domain.
Top Internal Pairs by Address	Lists the top 10, 20, or 30 email addresses sending internal messages to each other.
