Mimecast Mobile - Account Management

Changing Your Password

You can change your password, by using the following steps:

  1. Click the Menu icon.

  2. Select the Settings icon next to your account.

  3. Select the Password tab.
  4. Change your password and click Return.

Changing Your Cloud Password

You can change your cloud password, by using the following steps:

  1. Click the Menu icon.

  2. Select the Settings icon next to your account.

  3. Select Change Cloud Password.
  4. Enter your current Cloud Password.
  5. Enter your new Cloud Password ensuring it conforms to the complexity rules as set by your administrator and displayed.
  6. Confirm your password and select Save.

  • If you have access to Delegate accounts, these will be added to the list of accounts.
  • Should users have access to multiple Delegate accounts, they may be unable to scroll the full list and could instead access those from the Mimecast Personal Portal.
