The Sync & Recover functionality provides you with a way of quickly switching between the various views and functions. This page demonstrates how this can be done.
To change between these functions:
- Log in to the Mimecast Administration Console.
- Navigate to the Archive | Exchange Sync & Recover menu item.
- Click on the required function. They are:

- Sync & Recover: Managing Synchronization Tasks displays a list of synchronization tasks. This is the default view.
- Sync & Recover: Managing Your Synchronized Mailboxes displays a list of all synchronized mailboxes.
- Sync & Recover: The Export and Restore Queue gives access to export or restore a mailbox. This is only available if this functionality is enabled on your account.
- Sync & Recover: Snapshot Queue allows administrators to recover a user's full mailbox, select folders, or individual items at a precise time.
- Sync & Recover: Listing Search Logs displays a list of mailbox searches.
