Domain Verification Using TXT Records

This article contains information on adding TXT records for domain verification with various registrars, including domainexplorer.com, enomcentral.com, europeregistry.com, and others, highlighting specific steps and considerations for each provider.

Part of adding an Internal Domain is owner verification. This guide outlines the required steps for some of the common domain registrars.

When adding a TXT record to register a domain, check with your DNS provider if a full stop is required at the end of the domain name. Some providers instruct you to use one, while others don't.

What You'll Need

      • The verification code from Mimecast.
      • Admin access to the DNS zone of the domain you are adding to Mimecast.
