Overview

Mimecast is pleased to announce a new Workspace feature available within the Mimecast Administration Console. This feature will allow users to create personalized collections of multiple pages (2-10 pages per Workspace), enabling users to navigate between different pages efficiently and streamline workflows. Each Workspace is unique to the user and cannot be transferred or shared. 

What's changing

Workspace(s) can be accessed using the new suitcase icon in the toolbar within the Administration Console. This solution allows users to:

• Create and customize Workspaces by adding a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of ten (10) pages.
• Manage Workspaces by editing Titles, Descriptions, and Page Selections.
• Quickly access created Workspaces in a dedicated section, launching selected pages simultaneously.

Recommended actions 

This feature is available to all Administration Console users. For detailed instructions on creating or managing a Workspace, refer to the Workspace Knowledge Article.
