This article contains information on Email Security Cloud Integrated account settings, including account details, localization defaults, active subscriptions, Audit Logs, and the impact of language settings on email notifications and reports.
- Log in to the Email Security Cloud Integrated.
- Navigate to Configuration.
- Click on Account.
The Account page displays the following:

- Details: This shows the Account Name, Account Code, Mimecast ID, Suite (Product Suite) and Data Hosted In.
- Email Notifications: This shows Localization Settings including Language (Billing Country), Time Zone (AWS region), and Time Format (24hr).
- Active Subscriptions: This will show all the products and add-ons that the account is licensed for.
To maintain a consistent experience, the following settings are applied to existing customers by default; settings can be adjusted as needed.

- Language: en-US (current language in use).
- Time zone: AWS region.
- Time Format: 24hr.

- An Audit Log entry will be made for every change made to the Account settings.
- If two administrators are concurrently trying to change the language, the latest one is to be captured.
Impact of Language Setting
The selected Language Settings affect all email notifications received from Email Security Cloud Integrated, including the Subject, Body, Copyright, Threat Scan, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
