Slack Nudges is currently unavailable to customers in the Jersey region

Overview

Mimecast is pleased to introduce a feature in Behavioral Nudges called Slack. This will allow administrators to choose the method of sending training assignments via Email, Slack, or a combination of both through an integration.

What's New

• • • Administrators can preview Slack messages just like they do with email messages.
    • Two tabs, Email and Slack, now appear at the bottom card.
    • When the Video Toggle is enabled, the video browser button appears at the bottom of the card.
    • Video Inclusion is now available as a toggle under Channels.

      

Recommended Actions

A new banner and tooltip in the UI will notify administrators that Slack Nudges are not available until an integration with Slack is configured via the Integration Hub.
