Overview
Mimecast is pleased to announce a new enhancement to CyberGraph, which adds senders reported as Spam or Malicious to the reporting user’s Managed Senders list as blocked in Cloud Gateway.
What's changing
- End Users now have new capabilities regarding message management. When an end user reports a suspicious message as Spam or Dangerous, CyberGraph automatically adds the sender to their personal block list within Cloud Gateway.
- End Users and Administrators can manage blocked senders initiated by CyberGraph, just like any other blocked sender, from their Cloud Gateway Managed Senders list.
- Administrators can use the CyberGraph Dynamic Banner search feature or access the User Reports section of the CyberGraph dashboard to view all user reports.
