Overview
Mimecast is pleased to announce enhancements to the CyberGraph 2.0 Dynamic Banner Search functionality. These updates are designed to provide administrators with more granular control and visibility when searching for messages that triggered specific banner rules.
What's changing
New Search Fields:
- Rules: Administrators can now filter banner search results by specific rules triggered by messages. This field matches the content of the Reason column in search results and supports partial matches (e.g., searching for "Puny" will return all messages triggered by Puny rules)
- Reason: Enables filtering for bannering scenarios not linked to a specific rule, such as safelist failures or when AI Assist determines a banner is not warranted.
- Date Range Picker: The date selection for searches is changing from fixed options (e.g., last 7 or 30 days) to a flexible date range picker.
