Overview

Mimecast is pleased to announce a new enhancement to the Reported Emails tab in the Analysis & Response (A&R) portal that will make it easier for you to manage and investigate reported messages.

What's changing

• Benign Classifications Visible: You can now see benign message classifications directly in the User Interface, giving you clearer insight into the nature of reported emails.
• A new Filter button is now available on the Reported Emails tab.
  • Clicking this button opens a filter drawer on the right side of the page, allowing you to quickly narrow down reported emails.

Filter Options Include:

• Filter by Report Analysis and/or Report Details to focus on specific types of reports.
• Search functionality to find emails by CaseID, Sender Address, or Email Subject.

This new filtering capability helps you efficiently sift through all reported emails, including benign messages, so you can prioritize your investigations and respond faster.

Nothing needs to be done as a result of these changes.
