Overview

Mimecast is pleased to announce upcoming enhancements to the Aware product, designed to streamline user management and improve the enrollment experience for both administrators and end-users.

What's changing

• For Administrators: You can now discover and add eligible Mimecast users to Aware roles directly from the user picker, without waiting for users to access Aware first.
• For End Users: Users no longer need to click the Aware link in the Mimecast Administration Console before being enrolled—access is granted immediately once assigned to a role.

Recommended actions

Nothing needs to be done as a result of these changes.
