- Branding is not supported - the Mimecast Personal Portal Add-in will always open the standard Mimecast Personal Portal.
- We cannot control how Microsoft present add-ins in Microsoft Outlook, this differs between Microsoft Outlook versions.
- The Mimecast Personal Portal Add-in supported for the Primary Outlook user.

| A: | If you're logged in as different user, MUL will attempt to login as the primary Microsoft Outlook user (the same as opening a new login to the Mimecast Personal Portal). |

The MPP add-in is located in the ribbon towards the right side. Please ensure a folder or message is clicked to active the MPP add-in. The plugin can also be activated by selecting a message within the Inbox and then selecting the MPP icon near the reply buttons. |
