Mimecast Partner - Exporting Partner Logins

This article describes how Partner Administrators can export Partner Logins and Email Security Cloud Gateway Customers and is intended for use by Mimecast Partner Administrators.

Prerequisites

Email Security Cloud Gateway administrator, with:

• • • Mimecast Partner Administrator role.
    • Access to the Managed Service Provider Portal.
    • Access to the relevant Account Codes used within the data to be exported.

Exporting Partner Logins and Email Security Cloud Gateway Customers

You can export partner logins and Email Security Cloud Gateway customers via the Partner Portal by using the following steps:

1. Login to the Mimecast Partner Portal.
2. Navigate to Bulk Admin Upload.
3. On the Bulk Admin Upload page, you can export a list of existing Mimecast Partner Portal users by clicking on Export Partner Logins.
4. You can also export a list of existing Email Security Cloud Gateway customers with Account Codes, by clicking on Export SEG Customers.
